Responsibility

  • raise requisitions for materials as required
  • adhere to the company ISO9001 QMS
  • ensure works are completed to budgeted hours/schedule
  • ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671 18th Edition
  • ensure Health & Safety working practices which are essential to ensure the safety of both tenants and operatives, are always implemented
  • we are looking for someone to lead commercial CAT A & CAT B fit out projects up to £1M under their own steam on their own or with others
