Responsibility
- raise requisitions for materials as required
- adhere to the company ISO9001 QMS
- ensure works are completed to budgeted hours/schedule
- ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671 18th Edition
- ensure Health & Safety working practices which are essential to ensure the safety of both tenants and operatives, are always implemented
- we are looking for someone to lead commercial CAT A & CAT B fit out projects up to £1M under their own steam on their own or with others
Requirements
- testing: 3 years
- electrical: 3 years
- electrical Installation: 5 years
- electrician: 5 years
