- provide support for the company’s cloud infrastructure
- work with the wider team to design, implement, administer and support cloud infrastructure solutions and services
- automate the creation and upgrade of resources
- ensure quality in information security, backups and patching, and mitigating cybersecurity threats
- manage and monitor cloud deployments across our multiple instances, including enhancing and diagnosing issues
- advise team members on best practice solutions
- create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures
