Responsibility
- client liaison, from first contact through to return of work
- formatting of documents in multiple languages and file formats
- quotation production and job pricing
- translator/interpreter liaison and subsequent selection, according to job requirements, as well as fielding of queries during projects from both sides
- occasional face to face client contact to support Sales department, for project management or after sales service
- administration tasks
- project management of both every day jobs and larger contracts
- dealing with problems/complaints
Requirements
- foreign Language skills – degree standard
- excellent English
- good communication skills- written/in person and via telephone
- team player
- ability to work under pressure and to use effective time management to meet multiple deadlines
- ability to ‘think on your feet’ and work on own initiative
- good negotiation skills
- friendly, cheerful, outgoing personality
