all our food is produced in house daily
the menu changes monthly and there is no time to get bored
experience is required as soon as you settle in you will be expected to provide exceptional food right from the start
we open Tuesday to Saturday Lunch and Dinner
sunday and Monday closed including Bank Holiday Mondays
we are well known throughout Sussex for our exceptional menu exploring different tastes from around the world specializing in fish/seafood but also quality meat and vegetable dishes and desserts
