experience is required as soon as you settle in you will be expected to provide exceptional food right from the start
we open Tuesday to Saturday Lunch and Dinner
sunday and Monday closed including Bank Holiday Mondays
we are well known throughout Sussex for our exceptional menu exploring different tastes from around the world specializing in fish/seafood but also quality meat and vegetable dishes and desserts
28 days holiday Including Bank Holidays
being part of a small team, one of 3 chef's, you will have to work well with others and be a good communicator. You will be working primarily with our head chef but be expected to perform tasks without constant supervision
