Responsibility
- cash postings – Bacs, Down payments and cheques, export GBP and EURO bank statements
- invoice Run / Remittances – email and post, keep customer emails for invoices up to date
- release orders – including careful check of clients information
- credit Notes / Copy Invoice – process when required via SAP and update records
- customer Portals maintenance and update
- customer contact on daily basis making contact via emails and telephone
- invoice queries – log all queries and liaise with the sales team
- overdue letters – reminders sent via email when necessary

Requirements
- SAP experience
- credit control experience
- computer literate and good on Office products
- minimum three years of experience in accounts / finance role
- ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
- strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- analytical and inquisitive
- excellent written and oral communications skills
