Requirements

  • minimum 2 years experience in an IT Support/1stLine/Helpdesk/Service Desk environment
  • experience of virtualisation technologies
  • active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Deployment and administration
  • microsoft Azure & Endpoint administration
  • router, firewall, Wi-Fi and switch configuration
  • understanding of ITIL operations
  • extensive knowledge of Windows Desktop OS
  • knowledge of Windows Server O/S 2012-2022
