INTERNATIONAL TEAM is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • includes the management of any third-party agency resource required
  • manages creative development for Above The Line and Below The Line campaigns with external distributors, marketing agencies & Taylors Design Team
  • support International Marketing Lead on 3-5 year strategic approach in relation to our international “Future Picture” aspirations
  • develops and delivers the 1-3 year marketing plan for the Taylors Tea brand, aligned to business objectives, consumer & category insight, and brand positioning
  • partners with International Business Managers to develop and deliver the 1-3 year Country Marketing Plans in prioritised Level 1 International Markets, aligned to business objectives, consumer & category insight, and brand positioning
