Responsibility

  • generating and qualifying leads by reaching potential clients
  • conducting market research for potential customers, including networking to identify key decision makers
  • identifying and following up with leads to better understand their needs and to provide technical support
  • doing cold outreach via calls and emails
  • collaborate with the Business Development and Customer Service teams to move qualified leads through the pipeline
  • responding to inbound enquiries and developing relationships with potential customers
  • develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • presenting the company’s products via various channels

Requirements

  • graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
  • you graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field
  • have 1-3 years experience in sales and/or customer service
  • you have 1-3 years experience within Sales
  • are able to understand and articulate technical concepts effectively
  • you are good with numbers and can calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages accurately
  • have strong conversational and relationship-building skills
  • you have some experience or knowledge of mechanical related products
