  • HR experience in a complex organization within the Manufacturing sector, with diverse cultures and operating environments
  • experience working with Unions/Collective Bargaining Agreements, leading negotiations and dispute resolutions
  • significant knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • sound understanding of compensation and benefits principles
  • exceptional stakeholder management, change management, relationship building and influencing skills
  • previous Project Management and Mergers & Acquisitions experience is a bonus
  • clear understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
  • ability to influence and lead at all levels of the organization, with respectful behaviors, business acumen, smart risk taking, emotional intelligence, strong collaboration, and high stress tolerance
