  • knowledge of customer database is DESIRABLE
  • university degree is DESIRABLE but not essential
  • customer service and communication are paramount for this role, bilingual Hebrew/English
  • providing relevant information to enable effective decision making
  • ability to follow all UK processes and demonstrate core competencies to integrate the UK operational processes for the Israeli customers
  • monitor personal and shared inboxes, working in different time zones, acknowledge and deal with all emails promptly
  • able to react quickly whilst maintaining focus and attention to detail
