experience and confidence in answering telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
working knowledge of Sage would be a distinct advantage, although training will be provided

Responsibility
management of consumable stock and departmental purchasing
data entry onto our in-house systems
general administrative support for the whole team on the office's day-to-day functioning, including weekly payroll, setting up contracts and producing weekly reports
dealing with customers queries and issues, escalating where necessary
ordering and recording PPE and uniform, stationery and other office consumables
processing and checking invoices
answering general enquiries over the phone and via email
