• detailed technical knowledge of security technology and services

• as the Information Security Risk and Compliance Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a corporate-wide, global information risk management program and information security compliance function

• able to quickly conceptualize new problems, break them down, and participate in educated discussions on your feet

• we are looking for a Technical Lead to lead a team of Full Stack .NET Developers , reporting to the Head of Engineering
• strong experience in people management – understanding how to measure performance, improve it, and help the team grow
• tech Leads' duties can sometimes be very hands-on, where their expertise is required to steer a project and re-calibrate the direction of the implementation, and they can also be more hands-off, focused on guidance, mentoring, due diligence, and project management/steering at other times
• the split generally is at the discretion of the Tech Lead giving them the latitude to make the best decisions to deliver the projects they are responsible for – calibration with business objectives is a requirement – localized optimisation that don’t account for business and the customers are usually not effective
• tech Leads generally oversee a handful of smaller projects, or 1-2 larger projects are any point in time and are tasked with ensuring the projects get delivered accurately and on time
• strong time management skills
• you’re the person the business comes to with complex problems that most others can’t solve, as you’re trusted, proven, and they know you’ll not overcomplicate the problem, and get from A to B using the most direct way accurately addressing the problem
• identify areas for improvement in the Engineering lifecycle, codebase, architecture, etc., and work with the Head of Engineering to put proposals together for larger changes
• strong organisational skills
