Responsibility

  • we are looking for a talented Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team
  • must have a minimum of 3 years exposure within an MSP environment
  • \* Essential Technical skills\
  • \* Experience working with or for a Managed Service Provider
  • \* Good understanding of Windows and Linux distributions
  • if you are a motivated, solution's driven engineer who can work to resolve issues where possible and escalate if needed within the agreed SLA's, can adapt to new technologies and processes quickly and effectively, and have a strong desire to continue learning and growing in the role, we want to hear from you
