- collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and expectations
- employ excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
- foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- leverage your experience in large-scale ERP migrations or similar digital transformations to develop and implement project plans, including managing risks and issues
Requirements
- proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale ERP migrations or similar digital transformation projects
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- strong soft skills, including leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
- experience in managing large-scale data migration projects, Azure Platform migration projects, and preferably SAP S4/HANA
- desired experience in the Higher Education or Government sector, with knowledge of sector-specific requirements and challenges
