  • knowledge of HR Operations, Strategy & Team Leadership

Responsibility

  • lead the implementation and management of enterprise-scale HR Information Systems
  • drive change management and process-driven transformation in HR Operations
  • develop strategies and roadmaps for multi-stream HR Technology improvement programmes
  • lead programme steering groups and manage senior stakeholders, including HR Leadership Teams, delivery teams, and business users
  • implement global HR Systems, Recruitment , Learning systems, and AI, ML & Analytics Insights capabilities
