acting as the main technical point of contact, you will address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients , or escalate appropriately when necessary

Requirements

Responsibility
as a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible to assist with the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of our EMEA payrolls
perform daily payroll department operations
manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
gather data from HR and Accounting as needed to process the monthly payrolls
execute time and attendance processing with payroll
you will work on collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, transmitting the data to our payroll partners in EMEA, assisting with the review of the payroll reports, funding requests, and maintaining accurate payroll records
load import files, and data received from HR and Accounting into the payroll system
the Payroll Coordinator requires to be an organized, responsive, and flexible person who can handle multiple projects while producing accurate and timely results
Requirements
1-3 years experience processing payroll
payroll accreditation preferred but not required
strong knowledge of International Payroll
working knowledge of Workday is a plus
