we're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Technical Customer Operations Team in Berlin, Germany
integral Ad Science is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry
you will also provide High Touch consultative technical services and solutions to our most premium clients
acting as the main technical point of contact, you will address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients , or escalate appropriately when necessary
on a daily basis, you should be able to quickly troubleshoot any technical issues, pinpoint the problem, and provide a solution, and escalate to tier 2 support and/or product teams only when necessary
internally, you will also be relied upon heavily by all departments to provide in-depth updates and insights on the clients from a technology perspective, working closely with all departments such as Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support, etc
we are looking for critical thinkers who are keen to ensure our customers succeed
if you are excited to work closely with some of the biggest companies in the world and in a high profile position such as that of a Technical Account Manager where you are the main technical go-to person, then the TAM role at IAS is the place for you
Requirements
bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis
previous experience with web traffic analysis tools and ad serving tags
previous experience working with APIs and SDKs
critical thinking and the ability to think outside of the box
ability to work cross functionally and regionally with internal and external stakeholders
knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, its players, and how it all works
experience working with 3rd party advertising technology companies; and with publisher ad servers
