Working hours

Responsibility

  • experience working within a similar position would be beneficial however it is not essential as full training will be provided
  • to co-ordinate projects and be the first point of client communication, working with relevant site and project managers
  • to be proactive in ensuring that individuals / departments are on tract to achieve the programme requirements set by the Company
  • due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to appoint a Project Co-Ordinator to undertake a key role in supporting the delivery of successful modular and anti-vandal building projects
  • we seek a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills, who thrives when working with accuracy in a fast paced environment towards challenging deadlines
  • to support Project Managers in the delivery of up front information (i.e crane surveys, programmes, risk for example
  • to compile and issue the O&M manual within an appropriate time in relation to project completion
  • integra Buildings is at the forefront of the Modular sector of the construction industry which is expanding rapidly
