Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- logging and overall ownership of reported service issues through to completion utilising first line troubleshooting within SLA based metrics
- off site preparation for Planned Preventative Maintenance visits working with Senior Engineers/Head of Projects/Service Admin to facilitate
- working closely with the Service Engineer as required to drive issue resolution
- effectively resolving customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- submitting small works and service quote requests within the Company approved SLAs
- issuing comprehensive brief’s, which are communicated with Sub-Contractors and Engineers carrying out the Service visit
- providing a technical telephone/email support as first fix resolution and attending site if required for local clients where remote service is not successful
- strong ability to successfully triage, fault find, suggest engineering solutions, and rectify issues with Audio-Visual systems. This will include proactive and reactive maintenance
