INSURGO MEDIA SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:

book keeper

  • book keeper
  • business administration apprentice

Responsibility

  • accounts payable and receivable
  • credit control
  • daily financial entries and reconciliations, invoicing and report generation
  • assisting colleagues if required with order processing and despatch
  • general office / admin tasks to support the team
  • place Stationary orders for the office as and when required
  • answer office phone
  • enter all purchase invoices on to Xero accounting system ready for the accountant to oversee

Requirements

  • bookkeeping experience is essential
  • ideally Xero experience but we are open to, Sage or any other similar software experience
  • first and foremost, ideally you'll have experience of credit control / reconciliation / Bookkeeping
  • you'll strive to maintain the highest standards in your work, by having a keen eye for detail and pinpoint accuracy
  • strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
  • you're a real team player and go above and beyond to support others
  • strong knowledge how bookkeeping works
  • excellent Organisational Skills
