concept Claims Solutions is looking to recruit an FCA Compliance Officer to work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to assist in the handling of the compliance and management of its franchise network
the Concept Claims Solutions is a franchise network of over 40 offices that provide insurance claims management and building reinstatement service to the general public, and commercial organisations, where they have suffered loss/damage to their property and are making an insurance claim
the purpose of the role is to onboard new franchise partners as appointed representatives, ensure our existing franchise partners are following the correct processes in accordance with company and Financial Conduct Authority guidelines and ensure the overall FCA compliance of the business
Requirements
proven and extensive experience in risk & compliance roles
experience in FCA regulation and its implementation within business operations
