Responsibility

  • contribute to the implementation and delivery of the Annual Group Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Plan
  • perform monitoring tasks aligned to Aspens key Compliance Risks
  • perform and deliver assigned assurance activities which may result in risk and control improvements for the first line
  • support the Group Head of Compliance Monitoring & Reporting with regular reporting regarding the effectiveness of the compliance control environment
  • to assist and support with the development, enhancement and maintenance of the Frameworks supporting key regulatory risks within Aspen
  • the Compliance plan highlights the frameworks which will include the key regulatory requirements and how Aspen is managing it
