- strict control of inventory – via company MRP system
- inspection and approval of the quality and quantity of goods or equipment received and shipped out
- maintaining warehouse inventory controls – and annual stock take accuracy within 2% of total stock
- kitting of works orders for production and/or packing
- treating merchandise with due care and attention at all times
- management of logistics for finished goods
- managing staff, building teams, training employees and monitoring performance
