Responsibility

  • instinctive are a specialist medical laser company seeking an experienced service department coordinator to join our small and friendly team
  • the role will involve calling customers to schedule routine maintenance visits, organising breakdown call outs and coordinating the engineer's diary
  • answering incoming calls professionally; often as the first point of call taking reports of customer equipment issues
  • calling existing customers to book preventative maintenance service visits
  • coordinating engineer visits to equipment breakdowns and managing the engineer diary with the office team
  • specialising in Ophthalmic and Aesthetic laser technology, we are looking for a confident & professional service administrator to assist us in our day to day office functions
  • working with suppliers and principals to order spare parts for customer equipment
  • based out of our new office facility in Marston Mortaine, the service coordinator will support our field service engineering team in the servicing and repair of customer equipment

Requirements

  • must have your own transport due to office location
