Responsibility
- work closely with the Estimator on the Road, gathering & exchanging information for quotes
- produce accurate and detailed customer quotations following a visit information provided or desktop quotes
- work close with Bookings Team, support with material purchasing and general customer support
- ownership and pursue outstanding quotes including technical support
- customer account management , mainly for regular customers & ongoing projects
- data entry and system maintenance on customer information and costing / pricing
- support with material orders on projects
- cover Bookings team when absent
