- taking a design concept from drawing to full production
- frame design for bespoke furniture to a very high-quality standard, whilst meeting deadlines
- high degree of frame making / furniture carpenter skills and meticulous attention to detail
- ability to produce high-quality bespoke furniture to an excellent standard of workmanship
- observe and adhere to operational procedures, health and safety standards at all times
- ability to multi-task various projects and meet deadlines
- flexible and ability to adapt to changing work priorities
- displays competence in reading and understanding technical production drawings / sketches
