Requirements

  • at least three years of experience working in compliance, undertaking a broad range of audits assignments

maintenance supervisor

operations manager

  • collating action plans from villages for FUZE, Best Companies, and other projects. Tracking progress on the actions, and issuing timely reminders where appropriate
  • presenting a stunning village at all times, implementing action plans to address this when not and ensuring weekly presentation audits are completed

Requirements

  • A proven track record and experience in business administration and management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • supervisory or management experience in leading food and beverage and/or reception teams would be an advantage
  • genuine interest in, and preferably experience of working within the retirement living industry and / or hospitality sector
  • excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to maintain accurate records and provide information as requested and required
  • A further education qualification in hospitality management is preferred, although proven experience is a work-related field is also acceptable
  • ideally educated to Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant experience in a suitable hospitality, hotel, or project management arena

  • managing the full food service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • ensuring that all food is correctly prepared and presented to residents in line with the correct standards and quality
  • creating and executing an exciting and appetising menu, which takes into consideration dietary requirements and allergens
  • supporting and instructing the kitchen team in correct food preparation techniques
  • ensuring the restaurant complies with all policies and procedures relating to the delivery of the restaurant service

Requirements

  • previous experience of working as a Senior Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a busy environment

  • excellent management skills with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment

planning manager
