- updating the policy framework and company policy register
- building compliance controls across the group
- reviewing existing compliance and/or regulatory policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements
- at least three years of experience working in compliance, undertaking a broad range of audits assignments
- proven track record of producing concise and persuasive audit reports
- experience with risk management, legal requirements and controls, industry practices and professional standards
- excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication across a broad range of stakeholders
