- reporting/liaising directly with Park Manager
- adhering to food safety & hygiene standards
- cleanliness of the kitchen
- health & Safety paperwork
- hitting targets and working within budgets – maximising profit margins
Requirements
- previous kitchen experience essential
- kitchen management preferred but not essential as training/procedures can be taught
- food safety certificate preferred but not essential but must be willing to complete
- good time management
- own transport
- excellent personal hygiene
- weekend/Bank Holiday working essential
