Responsibility
- inspire Housing and Support are providers of supported accommodation for vulnerable adults facing homelessness
- this is a part time role with flexible working hours. Starting at 12-14 hours per week
- we provide fully furnished rooms in house shares for tenants who are on benefits, alongside tailored support to get tenants back into work, education, self-employment and other general support with our team of dedicated support staff
- candidates will be expected to go into properties that are under Inspire Housing’s management in which service users are housed to carry out their roles and responsibilities
- undertake any other duties consistent with the role and nature of the post as may be reasonably assigned

Requirements
- A full UK Drivers License and access to a vehicle
- an enhanced DBS check
- patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help people
- undertake all administrative work and keep accurate and comprehensive tenant/ customer records to professional standards
- organisation and self-management skills
- assist tenants in adhering to the responsibilities of their tenancy and to any specific rules of the scheme
- support residents to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills
- test fire alarm in each house weekly
