Requirements
- previous experience of computerised administration system
- previous experience of implementation and maintenance of a Human Resources computerised system experience
- previous experience of HR and office administration and working in an office environment
- implementation of HR policies and procedures
- experience of maintaining administrative systems/procedures
- thorough understanding of employment law
- attending HR meetings and producing accurate minutes
- full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Responsibility
- to contact recruitment agencies when vacancies arise across the organisation
- administration of Right to Work checks before commencement of employment of new staff
- prepare and send contracts, employee forms and other relevant paperwork for successfully recruited staff and variations of contracts for current employees
- ensure all HR policies and procedures are distributed to new staff when inducted and to all when updated
- taking minutes of HR related meetings as required
- assisting HR Manager with administration for all HR related projects
- to effectively use the HR management system to maintain the administration of all Human Resource activities, including on-boarding, self-service, personnel information, reviews, and general maintenance of HR office procedures
- to work with the HR Manager to ensure that all job descriptions are updated
