- ensuring that all suppliers are paid in line with their payment terms
- having overall responsibility for Health & Safety compliance within the business
- invoicing customers, ensuring that they pay on time
- reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, receipts, expenses
- creating P&L on a monthly basis, along with sales analysis
- liaising with third party payroll provider to ensure that all salary, expenses and bonuses are paid accurately
- forecasting to the end of the following financial year based on various data sources to get an understanding of the financial health of the business at any time
- having overall responsibility for ordering any equipment and refreshments to ensure that all employees have everything they need to work in a productive environment
