INSIGHT EXECUTIVE is looking for employees for positions:
- running screening interviews and building talent pipelines to fill current and future positions

- building Executive Insight employment brand and assisting with existing recruitment marketing initiatives
- serve as a liaison with recruiting agencies, universities and associations in UK and Switzerland
- supporting the onboarding of staff joining the London office
- providing on-site admin related support to the team
- provide insight and support related to environmental influences affecting recruitment in the strategy consulting sector for the UK and Switzerland
- prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within organizations
- very good knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools

- leading the development and maintenance of London based administrative processes
- manage travel and accommodation for team members
- office management, incl. post & shipments, office equipment, office supplies and facility handling

- acting as an ambassador of social life at Executive Insight; coordinating and promoting team social events, activities, and celebrations
- organising external company functions and events
- admin support for HR function >Tracking benefits and insurance schemes
- microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business
- experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues (not only notebooks, but also av equipment peripheral devices
- configuration, deployment, and support of network devices, such as routers, switches, wireless access points and firewalls
- knowledge of network protocols and security measures
- TCP/IP network troubleshooting
- plus: Microsoft or Comptia Certifications
- manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, lifecycle management, user on-/off-boarding
