- running screening interviews and building talent pipelines to fill current and future positions
- scheduling interviews and screening sessions with our team members
- providing professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practice
- building Executive Insight employment brand and assisting with existing recruitment marketing initiatives
- serve as a liaison with recruiting agencies, universities and associations in UK and Switzerland
- supporting the onboarding of staff joining the London office
- providing on-site admin related support to the team
- provide insight and support related to environmental influences affecting recruitment in the strategy consulting sector for the UK and Switzerland
Requirements
- prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within organizations
- very good knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- team player, dynamic and result driven
- combination of strategic mindset with hands-on attitude
- willingness for limited travel
- permission to work in the UK
