  • running screening interviews and building talent pipelines to fill current and future positions
  • scheduling interviews and screening sessions with our team members
  • providing professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practice
  • building Executive Insight employment brand and assisting with existing recruitment marketing initiatives
  • serve as a liaison with recruiting agencies, universities and associations in UK and Switzerland
  • supporting the onboarding of staff joining the London office
  • providing on-site admin related support to the team
  • provide insight and support related to environmental influences affecting recruitment in the strategy consulting sector for the UK and Switzerland

Requirements

  • prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within organizations
  • very good knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • team player, dynamic and result driven
  • combination of strategic mindset with hands-on attitude
  • willingness for limited travel
  • permission to work in the UK
