Responsibility
- insight Employment are currently looking for full time Warehouse Shift Leader to work in Northfields, Milton Keynes
- include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- effectively manage all stock rotation based on the first-in-first-out principle
- maintain a high level of productivity through on-the-job training, measurement and follow-up
- partner with transportation team to accomplish timely dispatch times and efficient delivery service
- effectively manage labour through planning and scheduling
- maintain an organized, efficient and sanitary warehouse at all times
- maintain daily efficient, accurate and timely picking and dispatch of all products keeping accurate records of all relative documentation
