Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- overseeing office facilities and provide reception service
- managing visitor and staff services, including print and postal service
- ordering and maintaining office supplies
- safety and maintenance procedures - PAT and H&S processes, fire safety, risk assessments, DSE workstations assessments
- managing external contractors and service providers
- handling office security measures and access controls
- working with our Sustainability Manager to create environmental data reports
- liaising with the police, fire and council as required
Requirements
- office management
- security system experience
- experience working as an Office/Facilities Manager
- health and safety management experience
- confidence in managing relationships and balancing conflicting needs with tact and diplomacy
- facilities management experience including an understanding of typical electrical and mechanical systems in office buildings
- A self-starter, capable of managing and appraising own working practices
- resilience to perform effectively under reasonable levels of work-related pressure
