Responsibility
- you will be detail oriented, and have excellent communication and organisational skills
- the role will be split between site visits and desk based project management
- oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- we are looking to bring in a junior/assistant project manager to our business to help with the delivery of construction projects in and around South Manchester
- monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- we are a small, family run business working on 3-6 projects at any time, with a focus on commercial to residential conversions and small new-build projects
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
