Responsibility

  • you will be detail oriented, and have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • the role will be split between site visits and desk based project management
  • oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
  • we are looking to bring in a junior/assistant project manager to our business to help with the delivery of construction projects in and around South Manchester
  • monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
  • we are a small, family run business working on 3-6 projects at any time, with a focus on commercial to residential conversions and small new-build projects

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
