Requirements
- symology - Insight / Aurora Training
- experience using Street Manager
- TMA Permit Operations for Works Promoters is an advantage
- PC literate with a sound knowledge of MS Office and Street Works Permitting - essential
- comprehensive knowledge of NRSWA, TMA and LoPS legislation and its application - is essential
- management and Leadership training desired
- you will have a wide experience of Utility and Council Streetworks regarding all aspects of permitting, Coordination & its associated legislation
- you will have an excellent, confident, and polite communication manner plus skills
Responsibility
- managing the Streetworks Team while the Streetworks Manager is out of the office
- collating & managing associated fines with updating & producing regular spreadsheets/reports
- disputing and negotiating fines within legislation timeframes
- analysing and responding to FPNs, Defects, Section 74 charges, and any associated fines within a timely manner &/or prescribed period
- responsible for preparing & paying of invoices in relation to fines once approved by HoS/SM
- providing Coordination, Scheduling and Administrative support if & when required
- prioritising effectively to ensure all deadlines are met for permitting, coordination and administration
- assisting with reporting and assessing Defect and Section 81 Notifications
