Responsibility
- collaborate with department heads to identify and assess training needs across the company
- design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to support employee development
- develop training materials, including presentations, videos, and manuals
- conduct training sessions in person or online
- evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as necessary
- ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and training requirements
- maintain training records and report on the success of training programs
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- experience in instructional design and delivery of training programs
- familiarity with adult learning principles and learning management systems
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate training effectiveness
- 8+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a digital marketing or technology company
