Responsibility
- using phone calls and email to secure and book quality appointments for our Sales Representatives
- working on leads in a timely manner, taking ownership to achieve required conversion rates and average quality
- maintain and develop a quality database of leads
- pursue “ready-made” leads generated by our digital marketing
- communicate clearly and easily with all types of external contacts including Directors & Owners while presenting a professional image of InPhase
- nurturing pipeline of leads to secure a demo meeting booking
- database Maintenance and Growth – ensuring the database is clean and accurate and always growing with high-quality new contacts
- keeping accurate records of all calls, leads and sales generated from the activity in various systems
Requirements
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred
