Responsibility

  • maintaining office supplies by keeping an inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
  • monitoring debt levels and ensuring compliance with debt covenants
  • maintaining petty cash
  • prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarisation of data
  • perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes
  • conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
  • interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards
