Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • complete ownership of innRoad new business sales function across 11 countries in our Northern Europe territory
  • monitor rep KPIs and provide coaching and feedback to help reps achieve their targets
  • monthly and quarterly new business forecasting
  • provide feedback to the Senior Sales Manager on opportunities and potential hurdles to achieving targets
  • assist Account Executives in management and closing of larger and more complex deals
  • negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with new clients, by selling value of innRoad product and partnership
  • recruit, hire and train inside sales team consisting of high output, self-motivated, intelligent reps who are hungry to learn, earn and exceed individual targets
  • clearly articulate the value of a partnership with innRoad and gain trust with key stakeholders and decision makers within prospect organizations

Requirements

  • previous experience as a Team Lead or Sales Manager
  • proven ability to win new business
  • self-starter with a positive, can-do professional attitude
  • constantly trying to improve individual and team performance
  • demonstrated history of success in sales and ability to problem solve
  • familiarity with Sandler Sales Process preferred but not required
  • 5+ Years working in B2B SMB or Mid-Market SaaS
  • displays leadership qualities and capabilities required to lead a team of 20+ reps
