Responsibility
complete ownership of innRoad new business sales function across 11 countries in our Northern Europe territory
monitor rep KPIs and provide coaching and feedback to help reps achieve their targets
monthly and quarterly new business forecasting
provide feedback to the Senior Sales Manager on opportunities and potential hurdles to achieving targets
assist Account Executives in management and closing of larger and more complex deals
negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with new clients, by selling value of innRoad product and partnership
recruit, hire and train inside sales team consisting of high output, self-motivated, intelligent reps who are hungry to learn, earn and exceed individual targets
clearly articulate the value of a partnership with innRoad and gain trust with key stakeholders and decision makers within prospect organizations
Requirements
previous experience as a Team Lead or Sales Manager
proven ability to win new business
self-starter with a positive, can-do professional attitude
constantly trying to improve individual and team performance
demonstrated history of success in sales and ability to problem solve
familiarity with Sandler Sales Process preferred but not required
5+ Years working in B2B SMB or Mid-Market SaaS
displays leadership qualities and capabilities required to lead a team of 20+ reps
