- you will work with your manager to set work hours that need to align with North America business hours

- this is a unique opportunity for motivated and dynamic SDR to join our team and take the lead on all new business prospecting for North America
- you will use your prospecting expertise to generate qualified sales opportunities in businesses matching our Ideal Customer Profile and then hand them off to our Sales Executives to close
- you’ll also collaborate closely with our talented sales and marketing teams to deliver innovative and compelling messaging, used in targeted campaigns, solidifying that both you and the Innovative / FinScan brand are worthy of people’s busy schedules
- this means working somewhat unconventional hours such as 11am - 8pm or later to align with the region you are supporting
- you’ll have ownership of our North America accounts – an untapped wealth of accounts awaits you
- finScan®, one of our most recognized products, is used by our clients in over 60 countries to identify potential money laundering and terrorist financing threats – helping to keep us all a bit safer
- this “follow the sun” approach also provides exposure to teammates in our other offices and a special understanding of others and other cultures
Requirements
- minimum 1 year successful experience as an SDR/BDR/AE for a SaaS or software business
- you will work with and learn from an awesome team that will mentor and guide you
- you will be part of a high-growth, high-traction organization

- A sincere desire to progress into an Account Executive or SDR management role within 24 months
- ability and willingness to work “in office” at our London City, Tower 42 location three or more days each week
- experience in multi-channel prospecting with capability in all three. Picking up the phone is an absolute must
- experience leading and participating in prospect and customer-facing introductory and discovery calls that uncover clear challenges, business impacts and result in strategic plans for addressing these
