innovate Interiors Ltd. are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Helpdesk Administrator/Helpdesk Administrator to join our growing team in our Maintenance Department
this is a great opportunity to develop with a rapidly growing construction business which is on the verge of securing a number of new clients, as well as developing their internal structure to manage increased workflow from existing clients
the candidate will be exposed to a wide range of business activities and have the opportunity to get involved in both Commercial and Operational practices
providing and Producing information for the Cost Manager and Client Representatives on a daily basis
maintaining Client Databases and ensuring Job sheets/Paperwork is received and stored correctly
assisting Cost Manager with production of Estimates and Quotations
ordering in materials and equipment via Purchase Orders
liaising with Operations Manager for scheduling and booking in of Operatives
Requirements
capable of working independently on tasks set by Senior Colleagues/Directors
