Responsibility
develop and maintain relevant documentation and systems in order to support the delivery of the EPR recruitment programme
develop recruitment advertising and promotion of the EPR recruitment programme both using NHS Jobs and other relevant social media options
ensure all advertising is in line with the Companys style guidelines
work with the EPR Programme Board members and other stakeholders to plan, develop and evaluate assessment criteria, relevant assessments, and exercises for roles being recruited for the programme
identify ideas and create initiatives to promote Innovate in the recruitment market, to attract candidates for the current and future EPR Programme workforce using social media options as appropriate
participate in the planning of the selection process including co-ordinating assessments, being part of interviews and organising on-boarding
ensure all recruitment and on-boarding activity adheres to the Companys probationary period guidelines
lead the formation of a pool of job descriptions and person specifications for the EPR programme roles and manage their localisation within the EPR Programme Team

project Management To take the lead responsibility for the successful implementation of designated digital transformation projects
to effectively manage risks and issues with a risk and issue management framework
to prepare Project Briefs and Project Initiation Documents as required, liaising with operational and clinical leads and teams as required
securing the necessary approval and authority to proceed as necessary
strategy To ensure project delivery is in line within the relevant organisational Digital Strategies particularly with key delivery principles
to ensure that a suitable framework is in place for the project management and co-ordination for the successful implementation of the new digital solutions
to develop and be responsible for maintaining comprehensive Project Plans outlining clear milestones and identifying accountability, and to monitor and report on progress against the plans

capital Accounting To support the Finance Manager , in communicating and interpreting the month end capital position
analyse complex financial information, reviewing and explaining trends and assumptions to operational managers and directors
to lead on month end for the capital schemes ensuring accuracy in monthly reporting
to complete and reconcile the NHSE reporting ready for review by the Associate Director of Finance
this includes the annual plan/capital return and the monthly capital returns
this includes leading the discussion of the monthly reporting at the Capital Finance meetings attending by the Capital Development, IT, EMC, and Estates Teams, chaired by the Chief Strategy Officer
coordinate the completion and reconciliation of the overall Capital month end reporting spreadsheet, building in improvements/changes as identified and collating information from the rest of the team to meeting the reporting deadlines
together with the Finance Manager and the Senior Finance Assistant provide support to the Capital Development, IT, EMC and Estates Teams to ensure projects remain with budget
