Responsibility

  • develop and maintain relevant documentation and systems in order to support the delivery of the EPR recruitment programme
  • develop recruitment advertising and promotion of the EPR recruitment programme both using NHS Jobs and other relevant social media options
  • ensure all advertising is in line with the Companys style guidelines

  • lead the formation of a pool of job descriptions and person specifications for the EPR programme roles and manage their localisation within the EPR Programme Team

  • capital Accounting To support the Finance Manager , in communicating and interpreting the month end capital position
  • analyse complex financial information, reviewing and explaining trends and assumptions to operational managers and directors
  • to lead on month end for the capital schemes ensuring accuracy in monthly reporting
  • to complete and reconcile the NHSE reporting ready for review by the Associate Director of Finance
  • this includes the annual plan/capital return and the monthly capital returns
  • this includes leading the discussion of the monthly reporting at the Capital Finance meetings attending by the Capital Development, IT, EMC, and Estates Teams, chaired by the Chief Strategy Officer
