Requirements

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polite telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • well organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • qualified CIPD Level 5 or 7, or HR related degree or qualification is essential
  • A sound understanding of the principles of good HR practice and knowledge of employment law is desirable
