Responsibility
- carry out experimental laboratory work in accordance with international standard test methods
- undertake scientific studies to aid in the development of new products for the Fuel Industry
- undertake scientific work to aid in in the development of new products and support customers
- liaise with Product Managers & Sales Representatives across the globe to help deliver quality support to Innospec’s customers
- collate and communicate experimental and analytical results with peers and management
- develop knowledge in multiple product areas with the support of the Fuel Specialties Technical Manager
- provide analytical solutions to support development chemists
- work effectively as part of the Fuel Specialties team in a fast paced environment to meet customer tender deadlines
Requirements
- 80 UCAS Point including A-Level or equivalent in Chemistry
- ability to learn new techniques and conduct these correctly and safely
- A good understanding of modern computer software
- no previous lab experience is required
