Responsibility
- leading your team on shift to achieve high standards of cleanliness throughout the rooms and public areas
- training and Development of the Housekeeping Department
- deputise for the Head of Housekeeping on occasions
- comply with Health Safety Standards
- liaise with the Maintenance Team as required to fix issues in a timely manner
- communicate effectively with Reception regarding check outs and check ins to manage yours and your teams time effectively
- daily upkeep of compliance for all Hot Tubs
- servicing our External Lodges as part of daily cleaning routines
Requirements
- minimum of 1 Years experience within a Housekeeping/Cleanliness environment
- exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload
- free food and beverage whilst on duty
- excellent communication skills
- pension Scheme
- ability to work under your own initiative

- experience managing a team in a housekeeping environment
