Responsibility
- lead & motivate the team with cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas
- consistently achieve exceptional standards of cleanliness, product presentation and guest care in all guest rooms and public areas
- the Inn For All Seasons is a family run business with 12 guest rooms. We are looking for a Supervisor to join our busy Housekeeping team
- record all tasks and cleaning duties on relevant checklists in accordance with company guidelines, including regular deep cleaning tasks
- be comfortable leading a team of other housekeepers in a fast-paced environment. Managing the team’s time and allocating tasks effectively
- manage the linen stock, submitting accurate stock levels to ensure correct delivery levels and undertaking regular stock takes
- reporting any maintenance issues or updates required to Management on a regular basis
- ensure the appropriate level of security for all guest belongings, creating a feeling of comfort and confidence
