INITIALIZE is looking for employees for positions:
digital project manager
Working hours
- permanent
Responsibility
- participating in sprint activities - daily stand up, refinement, sprint review and sprint retro
- work with our development partners and suppliers to jointly scope, manage and deliver projects when appropriate
- during the sprint, analyse the areas that could potentially throw the delivery off track, log these risks and plan out mitigations
- manage sprint planning with Scrum Master/Delivery Manager of external development partner
- managing support queries process alongside the Application Tester
- manage and deliver multiple work streams for digital projects within the customer delivery area to agreed scope, timings, budget, and quality following SaFe Agile project management
- understand the key technical aspects of the development process for website delivery, email delivery and content management
- be the hub of communication for a project and in regular contact with internal and external partners engaged in delivering the project for every sprint
Requirements
- 2-6 years experience project managing digital projects with a focus on content rich websites and data products
- good understanding of web technologies such as HTM5, CSS, CMS and mobile
- experience in using project management tools and issue tracking software
- experience in using TestRail test case management software
- excellent change management skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- experience in project management models including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum
- knowledgeable in compliance and information security
- current on trends in content management and website design
