Responsibility

  • main priority of the role will be to price tenders as they come in
  • be able to work to deadlines
  • estimate and order materials and equipment needed for construction
  • produce valuations to the client and submit sales invoices
  • evaluate subcontractor valuations and pay as required
  • mark areas to be worked on and oversee the work to ensure quality control
  • draw up programme of works for each project
  • carry out pre-contract and progress meetings with the client
