Responsibility
- entering clients details accurately onto database
- dealing with any queries that may arise
- making hotel bookings either by contacting hotels direct or via the internet
- amending and cancelling existing bookings
Requirements
- to work efficiently as part of a team
- verbal communications – telephone conversational skills
- to support one another within the team
- to be able to negotiate with clients to ensure realistic budgets are entered into the booking system
- written communication – emails, typing notes onto the database
- sharing information and knowledge with other team members
- listening skills – understanding the clients requirements
- 20 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays
