Responsibility
- working with the Managing Director to implement a HR Strategy that is in line with the Company’s strategic plan and culture
- managing the full appraisal process for all staff, and implementing initiatives to assist their development
- ensuring the Company is compliant with employment law and HR best practice including the managing and updating of policies and procedures
- organising and managing the recruitment and development of new employees
- developing, implementing and overseeing HR strategy and systems
- supporting SMT in all HR matters
Requirements
- 25 days paid holiday – plus bank holidays
